At Modani Furniture, we want you to be completely satisfied with your home transformation, which is why we offer a 7-day return policy for most showroom and online purchases. Please ensure all items remain in their original packaging and brand-new condition to qualify for a refund or exchange.

Return Process

  Initiate Your Request

  Contact our customer service team or visit your local Modani showroom within 7 days of delivery to request a Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) number.

  Prepare the Product

  Disassemble the furniture if necessary and place it back into its original factory packaging, ensuring all hardware and assembly instructions are included.

• 3.
  Schedule Pickup or Drop-off

  Arrange for a professional courier pickup or return the item directly to our warehouse facility as instructed by your support representative.

• 4.
  Inspection and Refund

  Once our quality control team inspects the item and confirms it is in original condition, your refund will be processed minus any applicable shipping and restocking fees.
